• You will have overall responsibility for managing the store—from staff scheduling and inventory management to active sales and budget monitoring
• You are responsible for your team and ensure their continuous professional development
• You will train your employees and are responsible for the training of apprentices and retail specialists
• You will support your colleagues (gn*) during new store openings and inventory counts in the district
• You ensure that merchandise is displayed optimally

• You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training program (preferably in retail)
• You have several years of professional experience in chain retail, ideally including experience in a supervisory role
